Booking Information
Prices
The prices listed are per apartment/day and per number of persons for a minimum stay of 3 days. For short stays under 3 days (minimum 2 days), we charge a 10% surcharge.
Child Prices
- 0 – 2.99 years when staying in parents’ bed: free
- Baby equipment (€25.00 for the entire stay): baby cot with bedding
- 3 – 6.99 years: €10
- 7 – 13.99 years: €15
- 14 years and older: €20
Price per pet: €10.00/day, without meals.
Other:
Tote bag with cozy bathrobe & slippers available on request (€8.00 per person).
Intermediate cleaning of the apartment (Upon request, additional charge €40.00).
In addition, there is a local tax per day/person from 14 years of age of €2.00.
Plus, there is a final cleaning fee ranging from €40.00 to €60.00 depending on the size of the apartment.
Payment Terms
The reservation is bindingly booked after a 30% down payment of the total price and payment of the remaining amount within 1 month prior to arrival.
Payment Method: by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fees will be charged if canceled up to 14 days before arrival.
A cancellation fee of 70% of the booked service will be charged for cancellations made from 13 to 4 days before arrival.
For cancellations made 4 days before the arrival date and for no-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service will be charged.
We refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is possible from 14:00 onwards, upon request also earlier. Check-out should be done by 10:00.
For later check-in or earlier check-out, the total price of the stay will be charged.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any of our premises.

- Breakfast and shopping: Breakfast options are available in nearby guest establishments. For shopping, there is a small shop opposite the house and others in the immediate vicinity in the village center of Gossensass.
