Our apartments from Summer 2026
Each apartment includes:
A fully equipped kitchen with:
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Dishwasher
- Microwave

- Coffee machine
- Induction hob
- Cooking utensils (pots, pans, dishes…)
- Dish and cleaning cloths
Bathroom with:
- Hairdryer
- Make-up mirror

Common areas:
- In the entrance area you will find a cozy book and game corner.
- The rock room serves as our special lounge area with unique natural rock formations. Seating is available here, along with a beverage fridge, spring water, an oven, and additional amenities for a comfortable stay.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
- The elevator connects the floors barrier-free and comfortably.
- Ski room: storage for ski equipment, including ski boot warmers.
- Bike room: storage for bicycles with a charging station for e-bikes.
- Garage and parking spaces: including a charging station for electric cars.
- Outdoor area: with large garden and barbecue area.

Booking Information
Prices
The listed prices are per apartment/per day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
For short stays under 3 days (minimum 2 days) we charge a 10% surcharge.Additional charges:
- Final cleaning: between €40.00 & €60.00 depending on the size of the apartment
- Price per pet: €15.00/day, without food
- Intermediate cleaning of the apartment (on request, surcharge €40.00)
- Local tax: €3.00 per day/person from 14 years
- Baby cot: €25 per stay
Payment conditions
Your reservation becomes binding after payment of 30% of the total price.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
Cancellation within 15 days before arrival, late arrival, or early departure: the entire booked period will be charged.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm, earlier on request.
Departure should be by 10:00 am.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the stay will be charged.Smoking
