Booking Conditions (Summary for the Booking Page)
Minimum stay 3 days, shorter stays on request
Deposit 30% of the total price, remaining balance due upon arrival (card or cash)
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM
Final cleaning fee €40–60 depending on the apartment
Local tax €3/day per person aged 14 and over
Pet fee €15/day
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations within 15 days before arrival, as well as in the event of late arrival or early departure, the full booked period of the apartment will be charged.
