From a cosy apartment for two to a generous suite for families: the 14 apartments of Residence Barbara offer space for relaxing days in the South Tyrolean mountains.
Warm materials, natural colours and high-quality furnishings characterise every apartment. A fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace are standard.

All 14 apartments were completely redesigned from scratch in autumn/winter 2025 – with plenty of wood, warm colours and well-thought-out floor plans.

Dogs warmly welcome
Your four-legged friends are welcome in all our apartments (€15/day). Hiking trails start right on the doorstep.
Barrier-free with lift
Our lift connects all floors – so that the holiday gets off to a relaxed start for absolutely everyone.

Yes, dogs are welcome in all apartments (€15/day per pet).
Yes, 3 days. For short breaks of 2 days, we charge a supplement of 10%.
The final cleaning is charged separately (€40–60 depending on the apartment).
As all apartments have fully equipped kitchens, we do not offer breakfast. However, we are happy to provide a lovingly assembled breakfast basket on request, which you can enjoy in your apartment.
